Returns Policy

To return unsuitable or unwanted goods, it must be sent back complete with all original packaging and all manuals, discs, cables or other items that were included in the sale must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. For products that arrive with an external packaging seal, these are non-returnable once the seal is broken or removed.

The item will need to be adequately packed and safe to ensure no damage in transit. The costs for the return are not refundable.

All goods returned as faulty will be subjected to quality and performance tests. Non-defective items will be subject to a restocking fee (typically 15% but can vary depending on the product purchased). Please note, the term “defective returns” does not include items found by you to be incompatible. We reserve the right to assume that the correct research has been conducted to ensure the correct, compatible products are ordered with us. Shipping costs are not refundable for any unsuitable or unwanted return.

For all returns you will need to also include a copy of the original sales invoice.

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by their original manufacturer’s warranty. We also offer additional warranties with many products. At our discretion we will also repair or replace any product that is found to be defective within thirty days of purchase. After that time the manufacturer’s own warranty process must be followed unless a separate agreement has been entered into with us.

Adequate packaging is defined as appropriate for the product in question. It is expected that all items including but not limited to printers, are returned to us in the original packaging. This is including the internal packing around the item within the parcel.

If an unwanted product is sent back to us without adequate or appropriate packaging on the item, we reserve the right to send the item back to the customer at your cost. The charge for this can vary depending on location. This is in place to ensure the safe return of items with no defect present. 

The return of any standard items (not customised) such as lanyards, will need to be returned in the same packaging as they were received. This is including but not limited to, the polythene bag in which they are received in.

All customised products are non-returnable once the proof has been signed and sent back to us. This includes but is not limited to ID Cards, Lanyards, Wristbands and Badge Reels. If there is a problem with any of these types of products, this should be identified at the proof stage.

All of our Software is non-returnable once the seal on the product packaging is broken or removed. If there are any defects with this type of product, please email: online@idmanagement.com
